Working in Wellington
-
Compact and easy to navigate
A very compact city, easy to navigate and walkable from one end to the other, and surrounded by a beautiful waterfront.
The daily commute is easy, with trains, ferries, buses, electric bikes, and scooters connecting you from home to work. In fact, the average Wellington commute is just 25 minutes.

Relaxed and social
Enjoy having outdoor spaces within a few minutes of our central office to meet with friends or colleagues.
With the CBD only two kilometres wide, you can take advantage of walking to work, to your next meeting, or on your lunch break.

Coffee and cafe culture
Often our more casual meetings are based around our coffee and cafe culture. Wellington has a huge array of cafes and restaurants where you can have great conversations and enjoy our local brews ............
Hybrid working (remote with some onsite)

Flexibility to work from home
For those outside of Wellington, (specifically in other parts of New Zealand) you may be able to work remotely.
This option is only for seniors in the business, and would be a mix of working from home, visiting the Wellington office as needed for client and social engagements, and any customer specific on-site requirements (dependant on your personal situation). We already have others doing this, and it works well.
All of our team is able to work from home as part of the way we work; however for those based in Wellington we encourage you to do one or two days in the office, to allow you to chat over the coffee machine and join in with our social events.
